Mark is such a person. I first met Mark twenty years ago when he was just starting out on a new business venture. Over the years I have watched with great pleasure and admiration how Mark has set about and achieved great success in building a multi-million pound business.

Mark never sees any challenge as being to big or insurmountable and he has often surprised me at how he can succeed where most would fail.

Mark’s greatest strength is that he is a people person. His integrity, fairness and willingness to ensure that all that come into contact with him are better for the experience, together with his personal drive, vision and entrepreneurial spirit have been the cornerstone of his success.

In conclusion, he is a great and faithful friend, a great businessman and a free giver of his time and experience to many people, all who have benefited from knowing him.

In my life I have met many diverse and interesting people and some have become very important to me. Mike is one of these people and over the years he has become one of my greatest friends and mentor.

With over 30 years experience at the very highest level of senior and director level management in Blue Chip Companies. Mike has acquired many strengths. He never stops learning and he is always willing to share his huge amount of knowledge and experience with those around him.

Mike is a great visionary having an exceptional ability to analyse and assess the way forward in any given situation. This makes him an incredible project manager, painting the picture of the necessary steps. He focuses on the goals and the strategy to deliver success, training and nurturing people, making them feel good and giving them the self-belief to achieve.

Mike is a great communicator being able to get his messages, ideas and plans across clearly. He is a great facilitator, empowering and enabling you to be able to make the right choices and choose the right path, treading fearlessly towards success uplifted, inspired and confident.
